This week's playlist is a funky one from New York Yoga instructor Courtney Scarff. Courtney teaches a 60 Minute Hot Vinyasa Class at our Hot Studio on 85th Street on Saturdays from 8am-9am. Check out her class for some more sweet tunes like these and of course some fantastic yoga!
